twirp
twirp is what we call girl's preference here in billin's.i only got to paint one person's nails for it, but i thought they turned out really cute. I hop you can see them.does anyone know how to rotate your pictures?

i love the design. I think you can rotate photos i your photo program--i suggest downloading Picasa. It's a free photo editing and organizing program from google and it's amazing for a free program.
