Leaves
Fall brings leaves, and an acre lot brings lots of them. its so much fun to rake leaves with the family each year.we said we would start at 8:30, so around 11 we started yelling at each other for not being showered and dressed, and not having food in our stomachs. my mp3 player got me through the first hour, but after not too long, we all realized how much we love working together, and the leaves let us work together ALL DAY. gotta love the fam

that sounds like fun! we used to rake grandma and grandpa's leaves together as a family.
I loved your honesty about it all. We used to rake leaves by the 20 bags full several Saturday's every fall and those memories are still some of the fondest times I carry around with me. We used to pile up all the leaves into one enormous pile and run and jump into it- of course causing us to have to rake them over again. We did seem to have extra kids over to "help" or "play". Love leaves.
